This is a static marketing website. We don't run analytics, we don't set cookies, we don't have accounts, and we don't track you. The only way data reaches us from this site is if you choose to email us.
/01Who we are
Dead Simple Technologies LLC ("we", "us") is an indie app studio based in Florida, USA. You can reach us at dev@deadsimple.tech.
/02What this policy covers
This policy applies only to the deadsimple.tech website. Our apps are separate products with their own privacy practices, because some apps may use different services (for example, optional cloud sync in a future product). Each app has its own dedicated policy linked from its App Store listing and inside the app itself.
/03What we collect on this site
- Analytics: none. We don't run Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, or anything similar. We don't know how many people visit or what pages they read.
- Server logs: our static host (Cloudflare Pages or similar) keeps short-lived request logs containing IP address, user agent, and request path. We don't access them for marketing and we don't combine them with anything else. They're retained per the host's standard policy.
- Email: if you email
dev@deadsimple.tech, we'll have your message and reply address until we no longer need it for the conversation. - Forms, sign-ups, newsletters: we don't have any.
/04Cookies and trackers
This site sets no cookies, no local storage values, no fingerprinting scripts, and no advertising trackers.
/05Third parties
The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser fetches font files from Google's CDN. Google's privacy practices apply to that request. If you'd prefer not to, your browser can block third-party requests — the site stays usable with system fonts.
That's the only third-party request. No other embeds, pixels, or beacons.
/06Your rights
If you've emailed us and want your message deleted from our inbox, ask. If you live somewhere with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), the standard rights — access, correction, deletion — apply to whatever data we actually have about you, which is essentially nothing unless you've contacted us.
/07Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. The policy lives in our public repo, so the full history is on record.
