/00TL;DR
Agoge stores everything on your device. We don't run servers that hold your data, we don't have analytics, and there are no user accounts. If you delete the app, your data goes with it.
/01Who we are
Agoge is built by Dead Simple Technologies LLC ("we", "us"), an indie app studio based in Florida, USA. You can reach us at dev@deadsimple.tech.
/02What Agoge stores
- Workout data, settings, progress: stored locally on your device. We never see it.
- Accounts: there are no accounts to make.
- Analytics & telemetry: none. We don't know how often you open the app or what you do in it.
- Crash reports: Apple may collect anonymous crash data if you opted in to share it with developers in iOS Settings. We see aggregated stack traces only — never anything that identifies you.
- iCloud backups: if you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, iOS automatically includes Agoge's local data in your encrypted device backup. That's between you and Apple — we have no access to it.
- Cookies, trackers, fingerprinting: none. There's no web view doing anything sneaky.
/03Payments
Agoge is a one-time purchase through Apple's App Store. Apple handles your payment details — we never see them. The store sends us a notification that a purchase happened, and your device verifies it locally; that's it.
/04Third parties
Agoge does not share data with third parties because the app does not have data to share. Apple handles its own privacy practices for App Store transactions and any iCloud backups; Apple's policies apply to those interactions.
/05Your rights
Since your data lives on your device, you control it completely. Delete the app and the data is gone. You don't need to email us to request deletion — we don't have a copy.
If you live somewhere with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) those rights still apply, but most of them — access, deletion, portability — are already in your hands by default.
/06Children
Agoge isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
/07Changes
If we ever change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and ship the new version with a future app update. If a change is meaningful, we'll note it visibly in-app.
